General Maintenance Call
Welcome to our maintenance services! During business hours we offer a flat rate of $75 per service call. This includes one hour of maintenance work included in the price. If your project requires more time, additional hours are billed at $40 each but rest assured, we will always inform you about the estimated duration before we begin the project. Should we exceed the agreed time, you won't have to worry about extra charges for those additional hours, Somewhere in the Sun will cover it!

Emergency Maintenance Calls
For our valued customers enrolled in a monthly plan, Emergency hours calls are billed at the same rate as general maintenance calls. If you are not a part of one of our monthly plans, emergency service calls come with a flat rate of $125, which covers the first hour of work. Should additional work be necessary, we will inform you of the time required, with each additional hour billed at $75. As always, if we go over the agreed upon time there is no need to worry about the additional hours, Somewhere in the Sun will cover it!
