Cleaning Department

Our basic cleaning service will include surface cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning. We will also do a sweep of the property and report any issues that we see from normal wear and tear as well as check the air filters to see if they need to be replaced (owners are responsible for all costs of maintenance they request to be done). Bed sheets will be placed on the beds and dirty linens and sheets placed where you would like them.

The 5 star cleaning service will include all the cleaning of the Basic Clean in addition to full turndown service and linen and sheet washing. Beds will be made for the guests when they arrive, linens folded and hung appropriately in bathrooms and for the owners we will collect all dirty linens and sheets, wash and return them. This package also includes a service call to our maintenance department to fix anything that may have been damaged from the last renters (up to $50 in damage at no cost to you!) as well as check your air filters and replace them if needed! We will also set up the STR owners welcome basket. As the name states, our goal is a 5 star cleanliness review from your guests. Our cleaners receive bonuses for 5 star reviews!
